I need to arrange a house clearance after a bereavement, can you help?
Yes, it’s what we do. We appreciate the difficulty, stress and emotion involved with clearing the property of a loved one. We have many years of experience in this area so are equipped to help with kindness and sensitivity.
Step 1. Arrange an appointment for a visit from one of our truck teams. If you are unable to meet us at the property, we can collect keys held by a local estate agent, solicitor or letting agent. Once the guys have seen everything that’s to be removed, we can provide a quote for the clearance. This can take the form of a verbal quote or we can email the quote over to you. Having a quote in writing may be particularly useful if it is to be shared with family members or a solicitor, for example.
Step 2. Give us the go ahead either on the spot or at a future date, depending on your circumstances.
Step 3. We clear the property.
What if they were a hoarder?
We understand it can be a shock when you discover a family member was a hoarder. You may be experiencing feelings of embarrassment, guilt or even despair, especially if you are the one left with the responsibility of clearing the property. However, it’s a more common situation than you may imagine and one we have more than a little experience with. Give us a call, we’re here to help.
How much does a house clearance cost?
Every property and situation is different which is why we provide free no obligation quotes. Please get in touch to discuss via phone, email or our online enquiry form.
Our prices are based on volume. Certain household items such as fridges, mattresses and sofas carry small surcharges as they require special disposal.
What kind of properties do you clear?
As well as domestic house and flat clearances, we also carry out garage, shed and storage unit clearances, office and commercial property clearances and post tenancy clearances for landlords. We clear all sizes of property in and around Glasgow, Edinburgh and Central Scotland.
IF YOU DON’T WANT IT… JUNK-IT!
